The Venturo tour, the new Mediterranean aperitif, begins

Venturo is a turquoise colored liqueurcreated by Diageo, which allows you to discover, sip by sip, I flavors of the Mediterranean.

Venturo spritz, the new cocktail of summer 2024

The aperitif in particular is part of the habits and pleasures – especially in summer – of Italians.

Venturo spritz: the recipe

The recipe for the Venturo spritz is simple. Mix 50 ml of Venturo, 50 ml of brut sparkling wine and 50 ml of soda topped with plenty of ice and serve in a wine glass with a crust of sea salt halfway up the rim to allow for tasting with or without added flavoring (as always, the invitation is to consume in moderation and drink responsibly).
