A teacher at a Rome high school has been placed under house arrest for sexual assault for groping underage students. The investigation by the Carabinieri Investigation Unit began following a complaint from one of the parents of the students involved, who probably spoke to the family about what happened in class. Added to this complaint is that of a school director of another institute where the teacher worked, in the southern quadrant of the capital. The military then opened investigations also thanks to the testimonies of the students who confirmed the abuse and inappropriate attitudes. On the basis of what was collected, the Rome public prosecutor's office requested and obtained from the investigating judge a precautionary measure of house arrest.
