Coxalgia This is hip-specific pain, but it does not mean that the hip is the source of the problem.

Most often pain occurs in the groin because there is a mechanical system that, if it does not work well, causes an overload of work in this area.

In other situations, however, groin pain radiates down the leg.: in this case, it is reasonable to assume that it is cruralgia (inflammation of the femoral nerve) and that the problem could go back to the lumbar region.

An excellent patient history and analysis are therefore essential.

But in all cases, whatever the type of therapeutic path undertaken, you should never underestimate the importance of stretching -done consistently and correctly – both for recovery and prevention.
