“Mom, Dad, don’t die: I will come back”: this is how a child saved his parents from a tornado in Oklahoma

Branson Baker, 9, saved his parents' lives during a tornado that devastated Oklahoma, in the southern United States. There CBS said Branson's father and mother, Wayne and Lindy Baker, were trying to reach a car shelter when their car was hit by the storm and crashed into a tree. Both men were seriously injured and trapped between the metal sheets. The boy, however, managed to free himself. He walked a mile and a half in ten minutes to reach a neighbor's house, who raised the alarm and called for help. The parents are hospitalized in intensive care. Wayne Baker has a broken arm and sternum. Lindy has a lung injury and a broken jaw. “Mom, Dad, please don’t die, I’ll be back,” Branson said before leaving to get help. And he succeeded.
