Madonna's visit to Pompeii

However, Madonna will be present at the excavations of Pompeii for her birthday. But as the prefect of Naples explained, the singer will only make “a totally private visit, with elements of cultural curiosity, where I think there will also be a meeting with the director inside the park”. No dinner, but a cultural event

The prefect denies both the party, which has been talked about so much in recent days, and therefore the dinner that “will not take place,” Di Bari reiterates. “None of this – he insists – there is only a cultural event inside the park.” The prefecture will still have to intervene, knowing that the arrival of Madonna alone could attract hundreds of fans and onlookers. The prefect simply says that the security measures “will be adequate. Those expected when these events take place with personalities who can attract a lot of people.”

The singer's background is unknown.

The route that Madonna will take with her friends is still unknown, and from the coast of Capri she could decide to visit other places in the area: “These are questions that mature day by day. For now, we are talking about Pompeii. However, Madonna's arrival remains “a recognition of the projects of the archaeological city”, Di Bari emphasizes “Madonna loves Pompeii and loves this archaeological park, she is looking forward to going there, but it is, I repeat, a totally private visit for him. for cultural purposes”.
