Ghali's bitter wishes for a happy Ramadan: “Disappointed by many Italian artists, all bent over by the fear of being cut”

Ghali inaugurated Ramadan with a social message: “Where politics tears, artists sew. Where politics builds walls, artists create bridges. Ramadan Mubarak”, wrote the Milanese artist on Instagram, sharing a letter written in English and Italian. “I am disappointed by many Italian artists who have the pen to say something, by the French and the English, by fashion people looking at you from head to toe, by fame-hungry fake activists. All hunched over by the fear of being cut off from something. For years, I surrounded myself with people I wouldn't want never imagined that they would remain silent in the face of the genocide in Palestine. Do you have more money now? Do you have more likes or followers? Do you have more collaboration requests? Are you cooler and more fashion? Are you freer now? I don't think so, I still see you as before but with your masks fallen, hanging,” wrote the artist.
