The van that sank in the river two days ago in the town of Bovolenta, in the province of Padua, has been recovered. This concerns a Nissan vehicle in which a body was found inside, which has now been brought to the surface. The identification is still in progress, but it is assumed that it could be Alberto Pittarello, 39, suspected of having stabbed to death his wife Sara Buratin, found lifeless on February 27 in her house in Bovolenta. The woman was the mother of a 12-year-old girl. The authorities immediately began searching for her husband and his car, whose tire tracks had been spotted on the left bank of the river.
