Realism and Ukraine

The tsar declared his readiness to enter into peace talks with Ukraine, provided that they were based on realism. And that he does not trust any Western leader and that Russia needs countersigned guarantees. Putin also asserted that Russia would not interfere in Western countries' elections and would work honestly with any elected leader, referring to elections in the United States.
