Engineers and researchers, economists and technicians are the protagonists of the murals that decorate the long corridor of the offices where Paola Saggese works. Born in 1972, Roman, graduated in economics at Sapienza University, headed Unilever Italia where he began to take his first steps, first taking care of the marketing of the Ice Cream Division. These years were fundamental to learning consumer-facing digital transformation. With a strong economic-financial background, Saggese began holding management and responsible positions in STEM sectors leading up to his current role. Making an impressive change at a multinational consumer goods company that manages more than 400 brands hasn't stopped him from also protecting his privacy. Married and mother of a teenager, she offers young women original and innovative leadership.
