However, the structure adopted does not at all resemble that of Roman judgments. The scene concerns a news item that occurred abroad, where the man was arrested following a sexist attack against several women.

The scene filmed does not concern the Roman metro, but that of Barcelona. The story is reported by 20minutos.es in an article from February 12, 2024 entitled “A man hits all the women he meets in the Barcelona metro: one of them is seriously injured” (“Un hombre coup a todas las mujeres que se cruza en el Barcelona metro: a serious injury”). The incident occurred at the Camp de l'Arpa stop. In the article we read that the man was arrested by security agents and then taken into custody by the Mossos d'Esquadra, the Catalan police.

As the video containing misinformation continues to circulate, the Facebook page Prison police forever (“created for serving and retired prison officers and all well-wishers”) shares an article that talks about the same video and its correct geolocation.

The video does not show any attackers in Rome's metro B. The scene concerns an event that occurred in early February 2024 in Barcelona, ​​where the man was arrested and then detained by the Mossos.
