Magnificent Italian double during the second World Cup downhill in Crans Montana. The winner – the seventh career success and the first in this discipline – was the Piedmontese Marta Bassino, 2nd Federica Brignone. However, only the third is the Swiss Lara Gut-Behrami, winner of yesterday's freestyle, who, with the forced absence due to injury of Sofia Goggia, rose to the top of the discipline ranking: 369 points to the Italian's 350 with only two races remaining at the end of the season. Then, for Italy, there is a splendid fifth place for thirty-year-old Laura Pirovano.
