The investigation began after a complaint from a 35-year-old woman, lodged with the police on February 10, which resulted in the issuance of a security order signed by the Foggia investigating judge. While the doctor “kept saying I was in this state of anxiety because I wasn't having sex.” The young woman tries to run away, the doctor stops her and forces the woman to remain seated.
