This afternoon, a student at the Florence Carabinieri Marshals School committed suicide. The young woman, aged 25, according to a first reconstruction, locked herself in a room at the institute and shot herself with the service pistol. The other students sounded the alarm. Immediate help on site was unnecessary. The case is being investigated by Deputy Duty Prosecutor Giacomo Pestelli and the military carabinieri of the provincial command's investigation unit. Family members have already been informed. The reasons for the action do not appear at the moment because no writing has been found. We try to examine the young woman's computer and smartphone.
