The objective is Paris 2024, the Olympic Games in France which will be held between next July and August. Some European couples have already qualified and others are still pending. For this reason, I 12 “Futures” tournaments on the Beach Pro Tour 2024 circuit have absolute value. As is now tradition, the European beach volleyball season will begin in Madrid, in the very modern Parque Deportivo Puerta de Hierro in the Spanish capital.

The season will then continue with three events scheduled in Italy. Cervia (Ra), after hosting two Futures tournaments last year, will organize a new international beach volleyball competition in 2024. The other two events on Italian territory will take place: in Battipaglia (Sa), which will host a Beach Pro Tour tournament for the first time, and Messina which had already organized a stage of the BPT European circuit in 2023.
The Beach Pro Tour will then return to Spiez, Switzerland, with a stop planned for late May and early June. Subsequently, the bathers will settle in Poland (Krakow), France (Lille) and Bulgaria (Sveti Vlas). From mid-June, the European Beach Pro Tour will stop on the island of Ios, in the Aegean Sea. Finally, from June 20 to 23, an exclusively men's stage of the BPT 2024 will take place in Geneva, Switzerland. And on this date, one month after the start of the Olympics, the draw for European athletes will be completely defined.
