Paris 2024 Olympics, there is the first case of doping: it is an Iraqi judoka

It's almost time for the opening ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympics, and the first doping case has already arrived. Iraqi judoka Sajjad Sehen tested positive for two anabolic androgenic steroids (methandrostenolone and boldenone) during the out-of-competition test, therefore surprising, to which he was subjected last Tuesday. This is reported byInternational Testing Agency (ITA), the agency that oversees the IOC's anti-doping program. The 28-year-old rookie, who is provisionally suspended, has already requested a retest. If the second sample also tests positive for the substances, he faces a disqualification of up to four years. Sehen was due to compete next week in the -81kg category. But after the positive result, he will no longer be able to compete, train or participate in any activity during the Olympic Games.
