The Genoa flying squad arrested a 47-year-old janitor employed in a college for aggravated sexual assault on a minor. The boy, a 15-year-old former student, had gone to say goodbye to him at his home. However, according to the complaint, the janitor began to harass him. The 15-year-old struggled but the man attempted to partially undress him. The young man then tried to run away but the janitor stood in front of the door. The boy kicked him and ran away. Once he reached the street, the 15-year-old called his mother and, accompanied by lawyer Ilaria Tulino, he went to the police where he filed a complaint. The paradox of the story is that the parents themselves had asked the boy to visit the operator, who lives in his grandfather's building, to thank him for his help when the young man fell ill . The investigation is being followed by prosecutor Federico Panichi, from the weak groups pool. In recent weeks the child was heard during the incident of evidence, at the end of which Judge Elisa Campagna accepted the request for arrest. The concierge, defended by lawyer Matteo Carpi, rejected the accusations.
