To bring this laboratory of artisanal confectionery products to life, Di Lena, dfter a brilliant experience as a chef in a Michelin-starred restaurant in Milan, he decided to return to his native country.

A project that he himself proudly presented on social networks. The “Virgola” brigade values ​​the importance of human relationships in the kitchen and allowed Nicola Di Lena to achieve an unexpected goal: to be named Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic.
