Today, the newspaper looks into the merits of the complaint filed by the television journalist, who showed the Flying Squad everything from that evening, including the messages.
The evening of the party
Let's rewind the tape. The story of the newspaper that first raised the case of the complaint, under penalty of dismissal, begins on January 29, the evening of Giudice's birthday party, shared with another colleague. “Around 7:10 p.m.,” says the girl, “I arrived at Trocchia and Giudice's (…) and by taxi we went to Viale di Trastevere.” You arrive at a pub, with other colleagues. About thirty, all from the world of journalism. The party took place in a more private space. At first, explains the journalist who reported on Trocchia and Giudice, it was a quiet environment. She chats, drinks, two gin and tonics picked up directly from the bar, a beer. “I only remember drinking the second gin and tonic, but not the details of the situation,” she explains, remembering that she had then begun to feel euphoric. And he adds: “I was always in the company of someone.” Around midnight, some guests would have left. “At that point – says Giada (not her real name) – I remember that Nello started telling me to keep an eye on Sara, as if I had to control her, because she was a little excited.” And the agents ask him how tall she is? “She was very happy. He told me several times “how well are you?” and then he gave me a kiss on the cheek.” And again: “He took the cream from the cake and put it on my mouth with his finger and
probably also on the other birthday girl's, RB.” And then: “I remember Sara, turning to her husband, saying: “But he's a good kisser.” The party continues regardless, without any ambiguity, according to Giada. Very festive atmosphere. Then comes more alcohol. And that changes.
“You and I were meant to be together years ago”
“I remember that we were all a little upset, I also have some videos.” The alcohol continues to arrive at the table. “I had a drink, I think it was rum or whiskey, but I don't remember if I ordered it. I remember Nello was next to me and said: “You and I should have been together years ago.” A phrase that annoys Giada, also because it is said in the presence of her partner. Sara, however, continued calmly and always repeated to her colleague “how good you are.” A shot of tequila arrives, according to the complainant's account. He does not remember if he drank it. He begins to have vague memories. “After only two cocktails and a beer, I shouldn't have felt so bad.” That's when Nello's advances allegedly began, “but,” the girl says, “I don't remember if I did anything to push them away.” He remembers receiving the attention of another colleague, MV. He has videos of this search. And he would tell her: “Look how good you are at fucking.” She replies: “There was no point in saying certain things, also because I was recording and maybe I would have liked to show those videos to my partner.”
The taxi
Then Giada remembers being in the taxi. “As soon as the doors closed, I found Sara and Nello on top of me. As they kissed me, Sara said, 'How beautiful you are.'” I had the feeling that they had spoken to each other, as if I had been cheated on.” And again: “I had the impression that she was sincere but I couldn't react, I couldn't move.” He, despite what was reported in an interview with Sara Giudice granted to Il Fatto, “gave the order: 'You can't go home tonight, you have to come see us'”. He kisses her and “took my hand and placed it on his private parts and I felt his erection. I was taken aback, because during the evening I hadn't realized that they had sexual intentions towards me. Instead, when I got into the taxi, I thought it was premeditated.” They arrive at the couple's house, they go out but then “perhaps for a moment of clarity I thought of my partner who was waiting for me at home” and Sara, according to Giada's account, “turned to Nello by asking him saying that if I did I didn't go to them, so I had to take the taxi back. At that point I rushed to the front seat and […] without really realizing the gravity of the situation, I began to wonder what had happened.” Giada goes home, she talks, she argues with her boyfriend. And then, later, he calls a colleague. He wanted to know if she had made it clear to the couple that they could make advances. “She answered me “absolutely not”, adding that Sara was very drunk while Nello was not. I told her the situation of the approach and she seemed very surprised, however she reassured me that I had not expressed anything to Nello and Sara”. A friend noticed Sara and Giada outside the club at the end of the night, kissing and continuing to kiss for a few minutes, so much so that he had the feeling that they were dating and was convinced that they would end the evening “as a threesome”. But Sara was more motivated than Giada.
The story of the taxi driver and the intercepted call
La Verità also reports the story of the taxi driver, recorded in the police report. He is Patrizio F., the only witness to the alleged violence. “I felt that they were drunk when they were in the car, because they were laughing, joking, the youngest said to me “have you seen who you are taking home tonight?”, I didn't even answer, I couldn't “I waited for them to get out of the taxi because they were excited… (…) I remember him (Trocchia, ed.) because I saw him on television, then there was a woman and a girl.” The man confirmed that the girl was very shaken and that she had told him “that she did not expect what was happening”, but he perceived consensual acts, the kiss not seeming “forced” to him. Then there is a call, intercepted on February 7, 2023, while an investigation is underway, he tells an interlocutor: “I don't know, I swear to myself, all this heaviness, that is to say it makes no sense… I explained everything to him.
