The party losing the most ground, in the voting intentions of the weekly Swg polls, is the Democratic Party: -0.4 percent for Elly Schlein, which falls below 20 percent after the defeat in Abruzzo and the hectic management of applications in Basilicata. Prime Minister Meloni's Fratelli d'Italia is also down, losing 0.3 percent and returning to 26.8 percent, and the Lega is also down slightly, -0.1 percent, settling at 8 percent. Further behind, Action lost votes (-0.2%), while Avs, Italia Viva and +Europa, among others, gained some. The abstention percentage is reduced by 3 percentage points, to reach 36%.
