Three dead bodies in the garden of a farmhouse in the countryside, on the north-eastern outskirts of Perugia, in the Fratticciola Selvatica area. They are a 69-year-old man, a 66-year-old woman and her 39-year-old daughter, found dead from gunshot wounds from a hunting rifle found next to the man's body. A family massacre that investigators coordinated by the Umbrian capital's prosecutor's office must now shed light on. The initial hypothesis is that it was a murder-suicide, but the dynamics have yet to be reconstructed precisely. From what has been reconstructed so far, it was the 39-year-old man's boyfriend who raised the alarm. When the man could not reach her, he decided to go and see the family farm, where his partner did not live but often went and had personal belongings. A witness who lives not far from the isolated farm, accessible only by a narrow dirt road, told investigators that she heard gunshots on Saturday evening. On Tuesday, September 10, around noon, she heard the screams and calls for help from the boyfriend of the youngest victim. When the ambulance and the medical car 118 arrived on the scene, there was nothing more to do, the staff could only confirm the deaths of the three people. The investigations are being carried out by the police and the flying squad as well as the forensic team have arrived on the scene.
