The 'Daily Mail' reports that the Spaniard is England's 'dream' candidate and that the FA are prepared to wait to sign him.
It's all about the 115 charges brought against Manchester City for violating financial rules. 'The Times' and 'The Mirror' report that last summer the Football Association contacted the City manager, whose contract expires at the end of the season, despite knowing that he would not be able to pay the 30 million euros per year that he currently earns.
