The investigation for aggravated fraud in the Pandoro and Easter Eggs cases having now been concluded, Chiara Ferragni intends to soon conclude a separation agreement with her future ex-husband Federico Lucia, alias Fedez. The couple, according to rumors from Handleseems to have found a compromise capable of overcoming the distances between the two. The consensual agreement provides, depending on what happens, that the influencer will cover the maintenance costs of her children Leone and Vittoria, who will continue to live with her while Fedez will have the right to see them one weekend on two. In recent hours there has been talk of a contrast between Ferragni's demands for alimony of around 20 thousand euros and the rapper's proposal stopping at 5 thousand euros. To close the negotiation and achieve a rapid consensual separation, avoiding legal consequences, a compromise solution would therefore have been found. Their lawyers, from what we know, are working to prepare the document which will be filed in court as soon as possible. Leaving the divorce negotiations behind, Ferragni will have to face the investigation by the Milan prosecutor's office regarding the alleged misleading advertising linked to the promotion and sale of the Pandoro Pink Christmas Balocco and the Easter eggs-Dolci Preziosi. According to the influencer's lawyers, their client is aiming for an interview with the prosecution to clarify her position in the hope of obtaining a dismissal of the case.
